Winter in Chicago
There is a caprce classic wagon circa 1982 stuck outside our apartment trying, desperately, to extricate itself from all the snow along side of our street. There are people with shovels trying to help. I would total go help too if it wasn;t winter in Chicago and, therefore, FUCKING COLD out there.
But, then again, if there were the case that guy wouldn’t be in the predicament he is...

Went to Bed, Bath and Ba-donk-a-donk to purchase new Keurig as old one died yesterday and wife was inconsolable :)
Shoveled, chatted with Landlord who was shoveling upon my return
Took out the garbage and recycling

Tree is up (for the first time), Hanukkah candles have been lit, sitting on the couch across from the wife (dog asleep at her feet) as we Tumble. FIrst snow should start soon too.

Just applied for shiny, new health insurance!
Been on state sponsored health insurance via BCBS since this past April due to not yet having three years symptom free from my weird bout with a rare auto-immune syndrome called Reiter’s Syndrome. The insurance, called ICHIP, was decent insurance, Rx plan and everything, but it was $340/month for me alone!! And the people who run it for the state? Don’t get me started with that...

I really think that the holiday got me all screwed up. Took way too many days off. I’ll get back into, I’m sure.
